Hi bbs! My name is Layyzerr, I am an online fitness coach that changes people’s lives. I’ve been training for 10 years and fitness is a lifestyle change all around. I fell in love with the weight room while playing sports in high school. Going into college, I focused more on getting a bachelor's degree than my own health. Always having an on & off relationship with fitness. After graduation, I used my full time job as a justification for unhealthy eating.

Feeling burnt out and drained, I finally started prioritizing my nutrition again. I had another setback with a horrible car accident during COVID. I finally looked in the mirror & realized that there will always be an excuse. Life is so short and I knew I needed to make it a life I am proud of. We always find ourselves busy and don’t focus on our health as much as we should. Once you take charge of your life, everything changes! Deciding to prioritize my own health caused my personal life to shift. I developed a healthy relationship with food, followed a disciplined workout routine, and pushed myself to be 1% better everyday. Now I work with clients who want to change their lives and I provide the discipline we all need!

My style of coaching is different because I focus on building relationships in order to create long term changes. I won’t just send you a workout split and ghost you - we are in this together. The main factor that many neglect in their fitness journey is accountability. I provide customized workout routines, personalized meal plans, weekly check-ins, constant communication, but I mainly specialize in delivering the support YOU need. There is no reason for you to feel lost anymore as I will guide you, assist you, and keep you accountable in this journey. Ready to make that lifestyle change? Workout Plans

Whether you’ve never picked up a dumbbell before or you’ve been training your whole life and need a split to follow. I provide customized workout plans, tailored to your current goals. Your workout split will focus on progressive overloading to strengthen your body. The best part is that your split is in the app! Once you get to the gym, just click “start workout” and track your workout with every set and rep, broken down. You can also watch videos on the workout to perfect your form, no need to sit on youtube trying to learn how to properly do the workout. Your workout plans are easy, more accessible, and they make the gym more convenient.

Meal Plans

Struggling with binge eating? Constantly reaching for snacks instead of home cooked meals? Not eating due to stress? Lacking nutrients? I work with a team of registered dieticians to tailor a personalized meal plan for you. Your macros are calculated for your specific goals. With my coaching, your app includes a meal plan with recipes. You’ll receive meal ideas for Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, and Snacks! All of these meals are within your specific macros, making sure you are staying within your goals. If you have any allergies, sensitivities, follow a vegan/vegetarian diet, or any other restrictions - the meals are customized accordingly. Food is your fuel, let’s make sure you build a strong foundation!

My coaching program includes weekly check-ins for all clients! This is where we discuss your progress for the week. These check-ins are an opportunity for you to be fully transparent and review your progress. It’s an opportunity for us to review the data together and visualize the progress in your body, strength, mood, health, energy levels, etc. The weekly check-ins are done in the app as well in an efficient and simple manner.

Chat

With my coaching, you simply chat with me in the app. No more texting your coach, no more DMing them for a response. At the gym and they don’t have the machine you need for your workout? Message me! At a restaurant and not sure what to order? Message me! I am here to assist you. As a coach, communication is KEY. I talk to my clients every day! Whatever questions you have, or even celebrating a PR during your workout. That feeling of someone supporting you and guiding you makes the fitness journey so much easier.
